WELCOME TO ATIM

WHAT IS ATIM?

The Association for Title Information Management (ATIM) is a non-profit association organized in 1985 to present an annual symposium to discuss land title databases and the role they play in the real estate transaction process and the title insurance industry in particular.

WHY IS IT UNIQUE?

The ATIM Conference is different from other national conferences and conventions in that the entire event is held in one general session with lively audience participation and exchange, resulting in a casual, friendly atmosphere for networking.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

ATIM typically attracts 125 attendees – title company owners, managers and users, software application developers, outsourcing vendors, vendor managers, underwriters, consultants, the lending community, technologists, county clerks and recorders and others interested in land title records.

WHAT IS COMMONLY DISCUSSED?

A typical conference has eight to ten panels.  These panels commonly cover insight from underwriting executives, outsourcing (both off shore and domestic), plant operations, presentations by county clerks and recorders, open records issues, and the impact of emerging technologies.

WHO TYPICALLY SPEAKS?

Approximately 30 recognized industry experts donate their time each year to serve on moderated panels.  Stewart Morris, Jr., Parker Kennedy, Patrick Stone and Chuck Kovaleski have recently participated.
